1.1 Information You Provide Directly

       Name, email address, and contact information when creating an account or contacting us

       Business information provided during consulting engagements

       Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store raw card data)

       Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)

       Usage data (features accessed, time spent, interactions within our applications)

1.3 Biometric and Health Data (MūD Only)

When you use the MūD application, we may collect the following biometric data with your explicit consent:

 

       Heart rate (BPM) and heart rate variability (HRV/RMSSD) from a connected smartwatch via Android Health Connect

       Voice tone, speech rate, and emotional pattern data analyzed in real time via microphone access

       Approximate location data when Active Listening is enabled, used solely for emotional context mapping

 

IMPORTANT: Voice and audio data is processed in real time and is NEVER stored or recorded. Only derived emotional pattern metrics are retained.

 

1.4 Information from Third Parties

       Authentication data from Google Sign-In when you choose to sign in with Google

       Payment and subscription data from Stripe, our payment processor

       Voice analysis data processed by AssemblyAI for MūD Premium subscribers (tone and sentiment only, no recordings stored)

 

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

       To provide, operate, and maintain our products and services

       To process payments and manage subscriptions

       To authenticate users and manage accounts

       To deliver consulting services and project deliverables

       To power MūD’s real-time emotion detection engine using your personal biometric baseline

       To build and maintain your personal emotional baseline in MūD

       To provide personalized insights, patterns, and recommendations

       To map your emotional geography over time (location + emotion, MūD only)

       To send account-related notifications and security alerts

2.4 Analytics and Improvement

       To understand how our services are used and improve them

       To diagnose technical issues and fix bugs

       AssemblyAI — real-time voice tone analysis for MūD Premium subscribers (tone/sentiment only, no recordings)

       Google Analytics — usage analytics and app performance monitoring

 

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests from public authorities (e.g., court orders, government requests).

 

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

 

 

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

 

       Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for 90 days after deletion

       MūD biometric subchecks: 24 hours local, 30 days cloud (basic), 90 days (Premium Plus)

       MūD daily summaries: Retained indefinitely to maintain your longitudinal emotional baseline

       Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations

       Consulting project data: Retained per individual engagement agreements

       Voice/audio data: Never stored — processed ephemerally and discarded immediately

 

 

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

 

5.1 Access and Portability

5.2 Correction

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

 

5.3 Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. To request account deletion:

 

       MūD users: Visit https://mudring.one/delete-account or email support@mudring.one with subject line ‘Delete My Account’

       OLOGI SaaS users: Email support@ologi.net with your deletion request

       Consulting clients: Contact your OLOGI engagement manager

 

We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.

 

5.4 Opt-Out

       Marketing communications: Unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email

       Analytics: Adjust settings in your account preferences

       Location data (MūD): Toggle off in MūD Settings at any time

 

 

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

 

       All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS

       All data is encrypted at rest using Firebase’s default encryption

       Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only

       Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers in raw form

       Voice and audio data is never stored — processed only in memory

       Firebase security rules ensure users can only access their own data

 

While we implement these safeguards, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

 

 

7. Important Disclaimer — Not a Medical Device

MūD is a wellness and lifestyle application. It is NOT a medical device and is not intended to:

 

       Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease

       Provide medical advice or replace professional medical judgment

       Monitor clinical health conditions

       Be used in emergency medical situations

 

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. The emotional data and insights provided by MūD are for personal wellness awareness only and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.

 

 

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@ologi.net and we will take steps to delete that information.

 

 

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

 

       The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell

       The right to delete personal information we have collected from you
